瑞士（2018年3月14日）——齿轮应用广泛：我们平时的很多日常用品中，都使用着小型齿轮和金属零部件；全世界已经生产出来的齿轮达数十亿个。汽车行业也不例外：一辆豪华轿车，从电动汽车座椅到后备箱，可采用多达50个小型高精度齿轮和蜗杆。艾弗特精密技术有限公司（www.affoltergroup.ch）常务董事Vincent Affolter认为：“汽车制造商需要生产大量的这种微型齿轮。缩短齿轮循环时间是优化整体生产力的关键，同时制造商必须确保最高精度和质量。”这家高度专业化的瑞士公司是高精度滚齿解决方案的全球技术领导者。

Spintec Precision Manufacturing Limited是一家香港注册的公司，在深圳、东莞和肇庆设有子公司，专门从事精密金属零部件和齿轮的制造。除了医疗技术和机器人外，汽车行业也是Spintec面向的一个关键产业。该公司每年生产1.5亿个零部件，其中60%用于出口。

循环时间缩短一半

艾弗特与Spintec之间的合作始于2008年，那时艾弗特刚进入中国市场不久。2011年，Spintec购买了第一台艾弗特机器。如今，该制造商已运行着12台艾弗特滚齿机。Spintec通过这些机器来为汽车行业生产高精度零部件：正齿轮、斜齿轮、锥齿轮、冠状齿轮和减速器齿轮。“以前我们用一台其他型号的滚齿机，黄铜齿轮的循环时间是二十秒。而在艾弗特AF90上，循环时间达到了八秒，这使我们的生产力翻了一番以上。”Spintec常务董事Stephen Chan说道。这使得该公司的批量生产能力从5千个零部件增加到10万个零部件。

Spintec还大大优化了蜗杆铣削过程。“以前这一过程需要四十秒钟，而使用全自动化艾弗特 AF110 plus，只需十五秒就能完成一个高精度黄铜蜗杆。”Chan反馈道。这样，生产零部件的循环时间明显缩短，而精度和质量却显著提高，这使得Spintec具备了竞争优势。Stephen Chan说：“有了艾弗特滚齿机，我们就能够大大提高我们的工艺质量和生产能力。”

Spintec计划于2018年在塞尔维亚开设一家工厂。该公司已获得ISO/TS16949: 2009、ISO9001: 2008，ISO14001: 2004、WWF-LCMP（WWF-低碳制造计划）认证。
